We really need to meet and figure out how to get out of debt. This
problem grows more existential every day. The clock is ticking.
Shall we reboot our Wednesday meetings? Starting tomorrow 5/5?

Thank you for bringing this up Yar. I'm down to attend meetings (I assume

I was trying to get people to help tune up sudo-humans and made a bit of
progress there, but it stalled. I was thinking that there are probably a lot
of people whose monthly tithing fell off because of failures on our end, and
that just picking up that slack would bring up our income again.
It's also why I feel strongly about us doing the electrical work ourselves,
especially since I feel that our ability to do that properly is much greater
than most other people realize.

I still take Tuesdays off as a remnant from my time attending the hardware
hack nights. If subsequent meetings are on Tuesdays I will try to attend.
Do meet tomorrow if others can attend tho!

Mitch Altman probably has some interesting stuff to say from Berlin
experiences but Hacker Dojo? I don't think that place was ever a
hackerspace. More like a coworking space haunted by startup people
aggressively trying to network with you.

I am assuming Jitsi or similar video like Google Meet since Omni Commons
has that also.
I am curious if Sudo Room folks think the space should be used more similar
to CCL.
There has got to be some mutual aid tech hacker work that could be
organized ?
Have a calendar or weekly spreadsheet of Sudo Room folks signing up to use
the space ?

Update: nobody called the meeting, so AFAIK it didn't happen.
Sudoroom currently owes $12k, in a few weeks it'll be $14k. We have
$2,746.77 in our bank account. What do we have in paypal, stripe,
bitcoin, etc?
Omni's finance working group is proposing that we need to pay back our
debts by August or lose omni membership

Hi Sudo Room,
Who manages the Bitcoin address listed on sudo room’s website?
Someone reached out to me wanting to donate Bitcoin and wanted to make sure it went to the
right place to pay off some of this debt.
I would also like to attend a meeting sometime to discuss how to save Sudo Room.
