anybody got one that i could borrow? need to reprogram a rom chip

robb we need to know what chip it is, and then we can figure out what hardware
to use to reprogram it. Connecting to it is a separate matter, which can be
done with a chip clip (which i might have) or by temporarily soldering wires to
the pins
