Hey Sudoers,
I'll be in hosting Open Shop Sunday today from 2 to 6.
If you need access to the space or just like company it's a great time to
come on by!

Hello Sudo Room Folks!
There will be a cute fundraiser gathering happening at Omni 11/11. We would
love it if Sudo Room can create a table to engage participants in peeking
at what cool things happen at Sudo room! Let me know if this is possible
for folks? Otherwise get your tickets and share the event ! :)
We plan to dedicate some time from the event to recognize and appreciate
all the valuable volunteers that steward the Omni!

I have a friend who has a (very nice) 2018 iMac they're trying to get
rid of - would we want/use it?

Hi all,
I'm a bit confused about what's happening with Signal. I know many if not
all of you use it, and I do too. But many of my contacts are not using
Signal and are unlikely to change if I ask them to (iPhone people are
especially attached to their Message app I find). So does the change (not
supporting SMS/MMS) mean that I have to abandon Signal altogether? I can't
use two texting apps at the same time can I?
I'd appreciate any advice and recommendations.
thanks
Hilary

Does anyone know what happened to the large free-standing bandsaw? It was
heavy and had a huge motor, and it left in 2020 I think, but I don't remember
where it went. The person who dropped it off in 2018 is asking about it.
It looked like this one, mounted on top of a free-standing steel stand:

Thank you
