Can you help submit a proposal for one initiative by March 1 (Friday?) There are several initiatives at sudoroom that seem worthy e.g. - Women and non-binary coding night - Repair on Tuesday nights - Chromebook rescue - Raspberry Pi Meetups monthly on Sundays - (others...) Omni delegates meeting and bylaw changes

Sending this again because I sent it with no subject the first time. I also made changes to the git repository with the bylaws so that the mediawiki markup gets rendered properly. ------ Hello, The Omni delegates are currently discussing changes to governance. Specifically, they are discussing changes to the bylaws, and putting together a description of an Executive Director/representative-type role. The current proposed changes to the Omni bylaws can be found here: https://github.com/sudoroom/omni-bylaws It's in the markup language used by the Wiki. We will be finalizing and consensing on these on Thursday, so please chime in if you have questions or concerns. We also have a very preliminary list of duties and powers that an ED would need to have, and we can discuss those further at our meeting on Wednesday. If someone would like to get involved in this further, please let me know. Finally we will also be consensing on Deb Gives membership. I have only heard positive things so far. Should we do a "I did this" at sudoroom 5 minutes share a round?

I can't get to SudoRoom this Tuesday, but I can go this Monday. I miss seeing everyone! Wondering if we should have a once a month or once every few weeks "Today I Learned" or "I did this at SudoRoom" Perhaps we could do it at a potluck or something? I'm focused all in on the light projection / augmented reality stuff that I was into last year. Don't have much time for anything else! Over the years I've gotten much more satisfaction starting, completing and learning from little completed mini projects at SudoRoom. I will try to post more social media but that just isn't my thing. checking... if I got scammed or not

Hello, I am not sure if I had been scammed or not. A while back when I asked in this list for suggestions about domain companies I received a direct email from someone who said it was Charley Sheets. At the time, even though I was a bit hesitant that I couldn't verify via phone, I went ahead and did business with this person. Transferring some domains and sending some payments. At the time, I thought I would be helping him to build his portfolio to become a domain seller. But, now that I need to make a DNS record (that has to be through him, that was the inconvenience that I accepted) I emailed several emails and I am being ignored. Even though it is embarrassing for me to write this here in the list, Chaley please confirm through the list if that is you the one that holds the email address: *rcsheets(a)picote.ch <rcsheets(a)picote.ch>* or not. Thank you, and I apologize if that address is in fact yours and it makes you feel uncomfortable, but it's been two weeks and I am still being ignored. Did I get scammed? Daniel
