Hey all,
Attached are a draft of the compiled From 3500 Exemption Application as
well as a checklist that was provided in the "Instruction Booklet" I sent
in my original email.
Please review existing content, check for missing bits, and improve!

Known Possible Problems:
There was not consensus as to the existence of SI-100 nor CT-1 forms
which we should have filled out and submitted previously. If anyone knows
where they might be or can obtain a copy please let me know ASAP. If they
don't show up then they wont be in our submission.
Copy of receipts and expenses- We are assuming bank statements will
suffice, and that might not be appropriate.
Please take action and/or email me corrections or otherwise inform me of
any mistakes/omissions.

Can someone else handle or bottom line formatting the bylaws in a way
that can be sent and working with Vicky and Whitney to insert all the work
