My company, Tempo Automation, is hiring a number of people for
Manufacturing Technician positions. If you have experience, awesome. If

Job posting for Manufacturing Technician, TEMPO AUTOMATION
We're looking for people interested in soldering boards! We want to
emphasize that we will train the right person, so long as you have a steady
hand, eagerness to learn, and the ability to commit to at least 36
hours/week.
*Experience:*
- PCB SMT and thru-hole soldering experience is a plus, but will train the
right person
- Familiarity with CAD tools like EAGLE, Altium is a plus, but will train
the right person
*Responsibilities:*
- Assemble prototypes according to engineering instruction
- Operate machinery/robots safely and efficiently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work
instructions
- Excellent manual dexterity and soldering skills, particularly the ability
to solder under a microscope
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere, and comply with high
quality standards
- Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing
production priorities
