I think we can safely let Jamal go. I really don't see what he is really
able to do for us, and he seemed mainly interested in banning or
sidelining people he saw as obstacles, using spurious arguments as
justification. More clarity in leadership would be a good thing, but
eliminating our delegate seems like a step backward. I do think we need
to institute some kind of governing body, like a board, that can make
decisions without long, tedious, and counterproductive general meetings.
It needs to focus on saving the space, or if that's not possible, saving
the equity built up for the benefit of the existing stakeholders.
