it's "operating" in the sense that it's in the process of being
configured,
and we plugged a single WAP into it in sudoroom so that people could make use
of it. There is still a lot of work to be done to set it up and I want us to
be systematic about the process and use the wiki for all changes, so that
there is no single person who has to be asked about things, and people can
cooperate on maintenance of it.
