I also bought and installed a large roll of sisal (twine) and a box cutter
in the trash room to break down & bundle up cardboard so there is really no
excuse for those boxes being left like that.

Seriously though - does anyone have any thoughts as to what to do about
this situation? I know I'm not the only person who has dealt with the trash
but seeing this only weeks after personally making a huge dump run puts me
right on the very border of freak out city.
