yes different from the delegate. The delegate represents our organization's
position at delegate's meetings, and the board member is...a member of the omni
commons board, and goes to the board meeting.
anyway i'm the sudoroom delegate (until someone else wants to do it) and for
other reasons I can't be our board member.
