Heh, looks like my description from memory failed pretty badly on the
clothes.
I haven't seen any of the video or pictures yet, would prefer not to
until I'm sitting with friends.

Make sure you're looking at camera 5, not camera 4.
I also talked to George again who said that calling back to follow
up he found out that robbery investigations will only look at it
on Monday. The person who was at the desk at the time answering
the non-emergency (510) 777-3333 ext. 0

make out the face in the video.
He advised that whoever is down there call the police to have an
officer come down to look at it; and to prepare at least 2
portable media copies.

George also said that he would be very willing to press charges
along with the victims if they were interested in doing so and
also to testify in court.

The video camera from inside the entryway caught the whole
thing. It occurred at 2:30am and the clip got the robber spot
on - face and everything.

giving the investigator access to the video clip right now.

Camera 5 is the one to zoom in on. Camera 4 is the one facing
the street that was out.
(Camera 5 has the spot on view).
Click on the search tab and set the start time to 02:30am
today 2013-06-01.
The outfit he's wearing is very identifiable, so acting fast
to get this information right can highly increase the chance
of his getting caught.
