I have been giving this question some thought. We
have only one resource
to deal with conflict within OMNI - banning folks. The problem is
that banning divides us, when we should be trying to unite. I propose two
alternatives: having folks work off their derelictions, or having them
give a talk or write a letter about the impact of the particular issue that
their behavior is raising.
(I agree that banning is sometimes necessary.)
