I'd say so! people can provide their own locks if they want to lock stuff up. If
they had built in locks, I think the keys would just get lost eventually. this way the
locks can be replaced. Tried to drop by sudo but the elevator was locked...maybe we need
a hardware timeout?

I asked if the locks work. They told me: "The lockers have spaces to
put locks, but currently do not have locks."
Do we still want them?
