I just took out the trash/recycling/compost out of the Sudo Room. It
smelled really bad and there were too many flies, either food waste or
someone took a dump in the trash.
I wiped down Sudo Room tables to make the room hopefully smell better.

evening/night and picked up early Tuesday & Friday mornings. *
*If we can collectively follow this schedule, it will help out both Sudo
Room & Omni Commons overall.*
The annoying thing is that after taking out all the waste and trying to
make things cleaner & smell better, a* non-Sudo Room member *brought in
their own rotten trash & waste from *outside* Sudo Room into Sudo Room
trash for us to deal with overall.
Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue though from this one person.

Dane, thanks for taking trash out. I didn’t know these days, i can
volunteer to take trash out every Monday night (the day I’m usually at
sudoroom anyway). Is there trash bins I should look for? Where do they live?
About wiping down the tables, thanks for doing it. I usually do it every
Monday before WNB night starts.

The Trash Room, located in the far northwest corner of the building.
All large, rectangular-ish, commercial trash bins that we bring to the curb for
pickup, belong in this room.
If you see trash bins in the hallway please move them back into this room.

Thanks for cleaning that up Dane.
If there's a person who is doing something wrong with trash, like bringing it
into sudoroom when they should do something else with it (maybe put it directly
into the trash bin in the trash room) I think the first step is to tell them to
stop.
If they continue doing it, it would be appropriate to bring it up publicly
including naming the person so that we can discuss it at a meeting if
necessary.
