No problem really except people's penchant to not remember to put a bag in
the bin.
If you are throwing away something that does not get totally nasty, maybe
you think, why even use a bag? Good point. I guess its because that others
do thoughtless things like toss their half-eaten burrito into the bottom of
a clean (or at least not totally nasty) bin, together with a pile of
unwanted chips, and all of that gets mixed in with the non-nasty garbage.
Now the bin, even emptied, smells really nasty, and needs to be cleaned.
But, I don't feel like cleaning it, so it will just make whatever space
it's in smell nasty, too.
The point being, every bin should have a garbage bag. Bags mean that when
you empty the bin, the bin doesn't need to be cleaned every time, or remain
smelling totally gross.
If you can't find a garbage bag, ask someone. If we are out of bags, go
buy a box a block away at the 24h walgreens. Save the receipt, and the OOC
will pay you back!
If you are too broke or unmotivated to do those things, please take your
garbage with you.
To prevent rankness, and the fact that WE DEFINITELY HAVE RATS, please do
not use any inside bin without a bag. Please? Thank you..
