we have a problem w/ witnesses who have been intimidated by police. This
looks like it can help, altho' it requires a dedicated server on our own
box (so we have physical control). Anyway I've been looking it over & it
seems thorough -- just checking if others have any knowledge.

manage the project are based in San Francisco, so you could check them out
