Hi all! Subiir batch #2 is almost ready to be bottled. Exciting! Mr. Juul and myself will be bottling next Wednesday after our meeting, and want to invite the curious beer connoisseur in all of you to come and bottle your very own special Subiir. It works like this: * Bring one/more bottles fit for bottling (beer/soda bottles all work, as long as non twist-top) - we encourage you to find a special one, and maybe even DECORATE IT! WOW! * We will help you clean it and bottle it. (Optional: * you might think, "nice", and donate for the next brew) * Patience becomes your BEST FRIEND! You will enjoy ~3 weeks of looking - not touching - your cute bottle. * After about 3 weeks, we will have a nice batch #2 release - and you are super welcome to pop open your own Subiir there!
