I wanted to highlight one today that's close to home for our community, and then another I'm co-hosting as part of the east Bay permaculture guild in a few weeks: *Black Earth Day – TODAY!* Hosted by EBPREC/Calli (who owns the Omni, where Sudo is a tenant), Black Earth Day is a beautiful, BIPOC-led gathering with the vision of ending the speculative housing market in the East Bay—land without landlords!
