For now, I think we'll just make some simple test patterns. How thin a line
do you think we can do with a simple toner transfer? Also, what is the
typical thickness of the copper layer on a PCB?

you need for the copper lines? and we need to be able to print the
pattern, in mirror-image 100% scale, from a laser printer that we will feed
glossy paper.
