script to set cpu governor

while playing around with some cpu intensive programs like blender, ardour, obs-studio, etc, i learned things run better when your cpu governor is set to "performance" so i wrote a simple shell script to handle setting the governor https://github.com/muxlux/setgov.sh it's no masterpiece but it works so far
