Thinking about switching to lu.ma for the meetup.com page what do you think?

https://lu.ma/2llyntn4 The meetup.com page is costing $45 a month... not sure how useful it is compared to lu.ma, which most other meetups are switching to. What do you guys think? I'm probably going to turn off the meetup.com page and go there, in the bay area it's all lu.ma lately since they have a free tier. we should be putting our main meetup stuff on our wordpress blog and not rely on a platform... ============================= Romy Ilano romy(a)snowyla.com

Hi! I created an account on the humans subdomain as "plasticbugs" on June 4th of this year to set up a recurring membership donation. I'm not able to log into the humans portal with my saved credentials (from 1password) and am not getting a password reset using my email address or my username. Tonight: Greet people for Hardware and SoftWEAR Hack Night /Fixit Clinic?

Hi Sudoers: We have two people signed up with broken items for Hardware and SoftWEAR Hack Night tonight (see https://bit.ly/itemcheckins) and we typically get lots of walk-ins too. Tuesday nights we have lots of new people visiting the space and it can be intimidating if you don't know anyone and don't know where to go and what to do. So can someone try to arrive early say, 7:30 or so to greet people and let them into Sudoroom or the Media Lab and get them started on their projects? Extra Credit: 1) confirm that the VOIP phone number 442-252-8386 is working by dialing it 2) put the Fixit Clinic sandwich sign out on the sidewalk. Many thanks, -Peter

I probably won't make it online, but it's a possibility! workshop circuitboard kits for sudoroom?

Do we have a community cookbook?

During the Depression era the government funded journalists, artists and photographers etc. to document how americans ate at the time.
