Hi everybody,
My phone got interrupted while upgrading the firmware and I was
wondering if anybody would be interested in fixing it. I'm willing to
pay if you can get it running again. I have spent quite a bit of the
weekend trying to fix it and I'm at a breaking point with it.
It's a Samsung S2 for Sprint (D710) and it boots to Odin mode, but not
recovery mode. However, my computer... and a few other computers I've
tried won't recognize my phone in Odin mode. It was running Android
4.0.4 with the eMMc bug. I read that you might still be able to do it in
Hiemdall, but I don't want to invest another weekend into fixing it.
Take care,
Jeremy

Subject: [spaghettinight] Temescal Crop Swap/Harvest to Feed
To: The Spaghetti Night mailing list <spaghettinight(a)tentacle.net>
Hi all,
I am helping to organize a new crop swap in North Oakland starting this
Friday. Details below.
Calling all backyard gardeners!
As an urban gardener, you probably find that you sometimes have more
edibles than you can consume. If you're looking for a way to put this
produce to use, mingle with fellow gardeners, and share with community
members in need, join us at the Victory Garden Crop Swap and Harvest to
Feed!
Meet on Friday, October 18th; 12- 2 pm at the Telegraph Community Center,
5316 Telegraph Ave, Oakland 94609 (across from the Temescal Library.) This
is the location of the North Oakland Telegraph Ministry Center Food Pantry
that distributes food to those in need. About 200 people are served each
week. Bring homegrown crops and seeds to share or trade with fellow
gardeners and members of the community. All excess produce will be donated
to the food pantry.
Please join us - Bring your abundance! Bring a few crops! Bring yourself and
a smile!
We are currently also looking for volunteers to help run the crop swap. If
you are interested and have time to share, come by a few minutes early on
Friday to chat with us! We will be there starting at 11 to set up. If you
can't make it on Friday, email your interest to victory.garden(a)comcast.net
