[sudo-discuss] URGENT: Omni needs a $120k loan

Hi everyone. The Omni Commons, the building that sudo mesh co-owns with sudo room, Counter Culture Labs, Food not Bombs and several other collectives just had a private lender back out of a loan last minute and now it cannot pay its $120k property taxes due tomorrow. If anyone is willing to lend us $120k, even if it's for just three months until we to sort out another loan, please contact me. This needs to happen before tomorrow at 4 pm pacific time. The loan would be secured by the building as a second mortgage so it should be fairly low risk. -jake
