Probably a "steal" in more ways than one. Watch out for high-value
bikes at "bargain" prices on CL: there's a good chance they were stolen,
or they're bait to lure buyers to somewhere they'll get robbed. Happens
frequently.
Cyclists in San Jose have gotten organized to look for these kinds of
"deals," match them with stolen bike reports, and bust the sellers.
