On page one of the MT20-HW it states this "Meraki MT20 is a wireless
bluetooth-enable sensor product".
So yes, you can likely solder on an antennae for the bluetooth sensor.
But what is your objective?

A few days ago I asked AI and said something a long the line that it was
a delicated thing to do because of the heat could damage other components.
