I think the simplest way, assuming you’ve got it hooked up to something with a browser, is
to point the browser at

If you need something to do the browsing, a raspberry pi would do, but I think there are
some old computers at sudoroom that could do this as well. I also have an old chromecast
that we could use to just broadcast the page from any computer. Less wiring that way.
