[sudo-discuss] mediation with Nick

I am handling the mediation process for Nick. To do this, I need to hear from everyone who does not feel comfortable having him in the space. Please list what the problem behaviour is with specific instances it occurred, and what, if anything, he could do to make you feel comfortable allowing him back in. I will be passing this along to Nick.
