Good hustle. Did a lot of things that should be done, inspection or not.
Looking forward to participating in capital improvements.

I'm only getting this second hand via Maureen, but I'm sure David & Co will
have a more complete report whenever they get some time to write it up.
Maureen also took copious notes from touring around with the free
independent inspector that happened to be scheduled today as well. There
are still plenty of areas where we can improve health & safety around the
building, even if we happened to pass the city's inspectors this time
around...

remediate the 'building without a permit' violation aka the drywall in the
entrance hall...
...has this week refocused Fire and Inspections attention onto our beloved
Omni.
Please this is very important, anyone with keys or combos to these rooms
please get em unlocked or tell me how?
Joe liesner will be on hand for the inspection as well, in the event I
can't make it
