We could always add a robots.txt to our base folder so that search engines don't add it. It's basically a way to tell search engines to not index specific pages. It seems the page is search engine accessible and nowadays many employers google people before hiring them. I did forget to mention that he should also update his LinkedIn status to reflect that he is no longer an independent researcher at CCL and BioCurious.
