As for the door charge--it was a mis-label. The 22nd St door had some
damage on the smaller door that has two latches (top and bottom). Sudoers
have in the past used the top latch to prop the door open while standing
outside, etc. I did notice recently that it had suffered some serious
damage and the top latch was not working at all. It's plausible sudoers
contributed to this, so paying the $100 for that and getting on with the
rest of the deposit is more or less fair in my opinion.
Between the Public School and Sudo Room, we may have wrangled all the keys,
more to report soon...
I'm going to drop by 2141 in a few minutes to see about getting our deposit
check.

Did we not pay our last month's rent when we

that not a thing for commercial rentals?)
Yes. I think the $3000 is last month + deposit. The $1930.48 includes last
month's rent, utilities, and the $100 for the door lock they mentioned.
So essentially, they're willing to refund the full deposit, minus the $45
rent increase, last utility bills, and $100 for the lock. (Assuming they
get those last key back!)
Congrats to the people who cleaned up the place at the end!
