the incident with Ryan was resolved last night pretty much on the spot with several ccl and sudo members aiding in resolving it. Since there was no additional information about this incident on the list I did not know the actual status of this incident. what happened and why was the post incident discussion information wherein it was supposedly resolved not posted. I would propose reviewing bans at other hacker spaces and enforcing ones that are reasonably decided upon by the group. this is automatic but not binding on us, ie we adopt by default but can review and unban by consensus at sudo if we receive information that indicated it was not handled fairly. there is one case recently where someone was banned at nb (not for safe space) and we decided to give it a shot but the same patterns were repeated. i don't recall ever taking this matter up for anyone who was banned elsewhere for safe space violation.
