peoples,
does anyone have a junker inkjet printer laying around that I could hack
on? Or does sudoroom have a junker inkjet printer laying around that I
could hack on? I'm specifically interested in the print head and nozzles,
it doesn't need to have ink or working motors or anything
and if anyone's ever played with print heads before, I would love some
pointers

I've played with inkjet heads, for the BioPrinter project at BioCurious.
They look awesome under a microscope! Nice combination of microfluidics and
electronics all on the same chip.
I'm sitting in CCL right now...

I don't think I have any empties lying around. But how hard can it be to
find a used inkjet cartridge? (Apparently harder than I thought...)

-- Well, it's iffy. I'm still using it as a scanner
("all-in-one"), but
I may be able to liberate the printhead.
Transportation is a problem. I live in Concord, no car, hard 2 get out
to Omni, so realistically you may find something closer/quicker, but if
not, lemme know.
