As Sudo embarks on its journey for independence from Omni, one thing that
would be very helpful to do is to change the billing account for Sudo’s
Digital Ocean subscription.
Currently, as a result of something Yar did a year or so ago, Sudo Room’s
DigiOcean monthly payment is being paid out of Omni’s general checking
account. It should be paid out of the Sudo account.
For the past year or so, I have been transferring the $43.90 (on average)
from Sudo’s account to Omni’s account to reimburse Omni. However, it would
be simplest if this autopayment was made from Sudo’s account so that no one
has to transfer anything, because very soon I will not be around to do this.

Okay I'll look into this ASAP. The thing is it's a credit card payment but
I will figure it out. FYI I have the login for the monkeybrains internet
account, which is $75 per month and is billed to the same card. They're
giving us half price internet because they are nice and believe in us.

Under whatever our new process is (board or member formal governance),
there then also need to be minutes approving at least two signatories.
At least for Unify (who I recommend sticking with, they are pretty great).

I added Sudoroom's PayPal to payment methods on DigitalOcean, but I was
unable to figure out how to change the primary payment method (other than
deleting the other methods) so I opened a support ticket.

If people are reading this...please step up! Sudoroom needs help. We need
people to review membership rolls and remind people to sign up for dues, we
need help administering the server, we need help calling and running meetings
get involved!
