Is anyone else interested in mechanical keyboards, or just keyboard collecting/customization as a hobby? I got really into it during the pandemic, and I was thinking that organizing some kind of mechanical keyboards meetup could attract additional attention (and possible venue revenue?) for the Omni/Sudoroom. I'd also just love to geek out over builds, cool vintage finds, etc. What do you all think? I'm interested. I'm a novice in this regard, but I made a macropad from a kit a few months ago, but ran into an issue coding the encoder wheel, which was my main interest. I try to rotate the keyboards I'm using so I don't feel like I wasted time building some of the earlier ones, but my current favorites are an NK65 Entry with glorious panda switches, and a KBDFans Odin v2 with NK silk switches.
