Thank you, Jenny and Sonja for driving to stores and picking up supplies with me! This is all going to be rolled up into a TIL entitled "How to feed 50 people for a 4 day conference - Logistics and Lunacy" ;) And thanks to Julio for offering to help, even though I didn't get to your email. there's 2moro. :) Here's some pix of how much food we got for the 4 breakfasts, lunches, snax and 1 dinner. Yes that is 30lbs. of sushi rice! Now it's time to cook the night away in the night kitchen while listening to Patti Smith! cheers, ray
