Hello, a couple of years ago the sudo room was kind enough to provide me
with a Linux laptop for me to use in my activism on behalf of the Wood
Street Commons. After much productive use the laptop is on its last legs
and also never had a battery and has suffered from the many power outages
we have in our situation. I was wondering if there is another Linux laptop
that I could use to continue my advocacy and legal work on behalf of the
Wood Street Commons.

Hey Theo - I have connections to the local retro computing groups & a
local ewaste facility. These resources help me keep my systems alive,
ability to up-cycle, upgrade, and the like.
What brand & model laptop do you have there? I may be able to help.

We have lots of linux and some Mac laptops in Sudoroom. In fact we are trying to get rid
of some to free up space. We have events Mon-Wed evening at 7 so there should be someone
to help you.
