Yes yes yes!
ventilation and dust collection will require
attention.
Agreed. I can't quite tell whether an exhaust system already exists,
but we need to figure one out ASAP. It gets very hot, and I fear
before long it will get smelly...

The books still on shelves in the basement, if they

landlord, can be consolidated, and we can start to put the sudo books on the
shelves proximal to our room's basement entrance.
There are two shelves in the western corner, which are marked: "ALL
OTHER BOOKS but the books on these shelves are available". The
landlords are going to take those in a few days. All others are,
indeed, abandoned.
Tonight we designated the basement's "library/office" rooms as the
place where all books go, and moved all the books we could find there
(except those marked for BAPS).
Where to put the pews and bookshelves currently
residing in the cafe /
bookstore?
We tried setting up one of those bookshelves in the basement. They are
slightly too tall. Perhaps they might fit after we remove those
ceiling panels.
I still think the pews would be great up on the mezzanine.
