This message is for Peter Mui, apologies for spamming the group with a message for a specific person, but I don't have their contact details yet. Hi Peter, This is Patrick Clawson, we met at last week's Tuesday night meeting and you gave me the minimac to get up and running with OCLP. I was reading up on it and one of the draw backs to OCLP is that future upgrades might break the install, requiring another run at it with the OCLP installer. I was reading that non-MacOS installs such as linux are also possible and might not require as many interventions to keep running. I was wondering if you had a specific use in mind for that mac that having macOS running on it is desired, or if the idea is to just get it up and running, OS agnostic? again, apologies for messaging the group as a whole if that goes against the general mailing list etiquette, and I'm happy to take this conversation to a separate email thread if you'd like to send me an email address to use. -- Patrick Clawson zombiebot(a)gmail.com pbclawson(a)gmail.com 510-290-6540
