Hey all,
As a result of our meeting tonight and a discussion the on-going issue with
sudo-kids, we drafted and sent this letter to Laurie. We wrote it in
collaboration with folks at the space after the meeting, and sent it in
do-ocratic fashion. We provide a copy below in transparency and
accountability:
Hi Laurie,
This week George addressed a group of folks in the common area outside of
Sudo Room and the Public School regarding the presence of minors in the
building. His behavior was confrontational, hostile, loud, and very
upsetting to many of those who were present, including some
parentally-accompanied minors. There has unfortunately been a series of
miscommunications about this issue, and we are dedicated foremost to
resolving it amicably.
First, thank you for communicating the building's policies on minors via
email. Unfortunately, due to a lapse in our own internal communication, the
contents of your email were not conveyed sufficiently to the relevant sudo
room members before Wednesday of this week. Please understand this was a
lapse in communication that has been rectified.
Secondly, since early June, every Tuesday evening parent-supervised minors
have attended sudo room. We provide no supervision services for minors. In
fact, we provide no services to customers (we don't have customers) as we
are a membership association. It was unclear that this event was
specifically of any concern since it followed the requirement of
supervision by parents. We are willing to meet the necessary requirements
to ensure that you and George are provided with the appropriate advanced
notification of any planned future sudo room events involving supervised
minors and their parents. It is relevant to note that in the past we have
allowed accompanied minors to be in the "Art Room" and not use common
space, but in recent instances the common room has been used as well.
Further, since we are interested in being as accessible as possible to
different communities and demographics, we would like to clarify what
opportunities there might be (through city services, insurance, waivers,
etc.) for minors to be in the building in ways other than those outlined in
your email.
Thirdly, regarding the damage to the bathroom you discuss in your email,
we understand your concerns and are sorry that it happened. We have raised
awareness in hopes of preventing instances like this from happening in the
future. While we are happy to take shared responsibility for ensuring the
bathrooms are clean and usable, we want to communicate that we are not
aware of any evidence that the minors who have been at sudo room were
responsible for the damage. We fully support your desire to keep all parts
of the space (including the bathrooms) vandalism-free, clean, and usable,
so we have made all sudo room members aware of this incident, reinforced
the expectations surrounding bathroom cleanliness, and reiterated the
policy that children should not use bathrooms unaccompanied. Please let us
know if you encounter any problems with the bathrooms in the future so that
we can take appropriate action. However, we also ask for understanding that
if there are problems with a shared space in the building, that absent
specific evidence, sudo room may not have been the source of a particular
problem.
Finally, we would like to share with you a few of our expectations as
lessees that we hope will help us continue to stay in this building that we
have been very happy to rent for the last 9 months:
Our Expectations:
That issues with our use of common space or our use of our rented "Art
Room" be conveyed in writing, with disrespectful confrontations being
completely unacceptable, in any circumstances.
Consistent with Sudo Room standards, that minors continue to be able to
participate at Sudo Room, provided they are accompanied by parents or a
legal guardian.
To work together with you as we grow, which requires we be accessible to
more communities and demographics.
To consider options for mitigating liability through additional insurance,
waivers, etc.

Hi All-****
We are having big problems with the number of children in the building. We
are not insured for children, and to use that space for any type of
children’s program the City has stringent requirements that must be met,
both in terms of physical layout/inspections and insurance. Children
(under 18) should not be in the space except when accompanied by their
parent(s) with advance notice to us. There should be no special programs
involving children happening in the upstairs area. We are also aghast at
the destruction that has been done to the restrooms by the children, and
ask that all children using the bathroom be accompanied by and monitored by
their parents. The stress on the restrooms in general has been huge
because of the number of people in the building from The Bay Area Public
School and The Sudo Room, and we ask that you start to clean the bathrooms
regularly or be prepared to start to pay for the additional Janitorial
time/supplies that are driving us both crazy!****
Also, the ADA restroom is for the disabled, and should not be used except
when others are full or for a special reason. The stress being put on that
room could mean that when it is really needed it may not be in working
condition.****
Please call George if you need any clarification on these issues, and
thanks in advance for cooperating with us on these matters.****

Hallo world! Here is a double union update and event announcement...
== What's Up with Double Union ==
Our search for a space to rent continues! The market is tough right now
but we have some good leads. The first space we looked at fell through
because they wanted a 3 year lease. Our negotiating skills are HONED.
Double Union has collected some donated shelves, and quite a lot of fiber
arts stuff and some tools and books (all in my garage at the moment).
== Tea on Tuesday ==
We would like to invite everyone interested in the space to come to hang
out for tea and lightning talks Tues. September 17 at Mozilla in SF...

Please do come :)
== Bonus thing, Women Hacking Google Glass meetup ==
You may also be interested in the Women hacking Glass meetup tomorrow night
also at Mozilla; here is the invite! We will have at least one Glass to
mess around with and try out. Possibly more!

Hey all,
I'm planning to meet George at 4pm about Workshop Weekend, but this may be
a convenient time to turn in the lease and get access to the "art studio"
asap. Contacting Eddan about signing on behalf of Sudo Room. Please see
Laurie's note below that we may have others on the lease, but insurance is
simpler if it is simply Sudo Room (which I presume means those signatories
on the Doing-Business-As aka Fictitious Business Name--Eddan and myself).

Hi Matt-****
Attached please find a copy of the lease. I was extremely tired when I got
home last night and just crashed out without finishing the lease. I’m so
sorry about that! But I got up quite early as a result, so hopefully
you’ll get this first thing in the morning.****
You’ll see that there is a little bit that we’re trying to work out with
Utilities….since there is so much common area involved, there is a 6% load
factor for your space which combines your exclusive space and a percentage
of the common area space, which is obviously quite large. We are really
not sure with what intensity the space will be used, nor the amount of
electricity that will be used, since this will likely not be traditional
office space, so we’re willing to start out at 4% (which would be fine if
usage is mainly as a part-time space for people, without unusual amounts of
electrical equipment or HVAC being used), but reserve the right to move it
up to 6% if the load factor warrants it. In general, 1% of utilities
amounts to an average of $30-$50/month, depending on the time of year,
occupancy rate and overall tenant usage. If trash removal or janitorial
for this space is or might become an issue, that’s something that we can
discuss. ****
We didn’t have an address for you so you should add that to the lease. If
there are others responsible that you feel should be added that will be
there on a regular basis that is fine; however, insurance would be best if
it is a single policy covering the Sudo Room and all people that it might
invite or allow to share its space with.****
Let me know if there are any other errors, inconsistencies or anything else
in the lease that you might want to discuss. I will be home until
mid-afternoon at 510-635-9500. ****
I know that George is supposed to meet you later but we both have
back-to-back acupuncture appointments on Piedmont Ave later. Mine is at
4:30 and George’s is scheduled for 5:30. If it’s possible to meet George
sometime between 3 and 4:30 (whatever is most convenient for you) that
would be great, because he will have to leave shortly after 5pm. Let us
know what works for you.****
Thanks!
Laurie****

Hi George and Laurie,
After an online vote and our in-person meeting, we would like to sign a
lease with you for the "Art Studio" space upstairs in 2141.
If we can please clarify your most comfortable position on signatories of
the lease, we would be happy to comply. Ideally, we would like to sign as
the unincorporated association of Sudo Room (namely for instance that Eddan
and I have signed to register Sudo Room as a ficitious business name).
However, we can also sign as individuals if necessary, and would like to
know how many folks you would allow to sign.
Thanks, speak with you soon. George, I plan to see you Friday but we can
receive the lease by email (or by paper) sooner.
We would love to get access to the space upstairs as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Matt****

*Be seeing you.*
Our landlord has informed us that he's having his birthday party in
the common area the night of Sunday September 15th. There is a raw
food event scheduled for 3-5, and the party will start setting up soon
after. It sounds like it will be a fancy catered affair. He's asked us
to have the room as clean as possible beforehand - including finding
temporary places for a lot of the furniture and things that usually
live out there.
He was not aware of other events scheduled for that night but I think
bioinformatics is. Possibly others. We'll have to keep events inside
Sudoroom and the Public School, or negotiate use of the vacant rooms.
So i just signed up for this class on coursea:
https://www.coursera.org/course/crypto
It starts september 9th, but if anyone else signed up or wanted to sign up,
we could have a weekly study night to help each other.
I always study better with others, so if you're down, let me know!
i was just so blown away at the crypto party. all these smart hackers
sticking it to "the man."
i'm just so impressed at how passionate everyone is. why i was there and
the passion just showed. people were going to go hiking in the sierras.
they were going to fly to cuba.
sudoroom is such a brilliant place full of smart people. wow, the passion
just dazzles me. i am so impressed at all the after parties, and how truly
full of passion and genuine people are.
i am just so lucky to be part of sudoroom and all the smart people. i will
just dive into making promotional comics to teach small children how to use
3d printers now.
viva sudoroom!
it was so awesome to see so many good things at the sudoroom crypto party
saturday night. i dropped by and was really impressed. it is so cool to see
all these smart people taking things into their own hands.
viva sudoroom!
Hi guys! So I just got into oakland and was treated with a big bag of trash
outside the doorway. Excellent! Given the previous email I sent, a great
time to test the theory. So going through it made this AWESOME thing, which
is a miniature greenhouse (it's there, plant something in it) and gonna be
sweet if hemp goes in.
Do you think it's a good idea, that we could when we have a party have an
"afterparty" in the morning where we put on a bunch of music and hack stuff
or upcycle it, recycle it, and see how little we can get the stuff reduced
to? (there's really not any such thing as trash (except WalMart), think
cardboard, plastic bag, plastic, metal, aluminum, etC!)
re negative value, some guy I guess actually got pretty emotional about it.
So I hacked his message into the meme. <3
http://twitpic.com/dbh9zy
So enjoy, and here's a video. Because I'm at the sudo room and can't get a
working wifi+ sound (can we.. nvm), you don't get the one with nudity in it.

Hey all,
There was a link sent to the Nerds for Nature email list about using community photographs to collect data for natural spaces, parks, etc. You set up a single station with a guide for your camera, let folks take photographs with any device, gather them up, then use a photo stitcher to put together a timelapse.
I think this is an excellent way to document moments at sudo negotiated by the consent of individuals and through human action, rather than a webcam and automated constant stream.
Please leave the pedestal in its current position, there is tape on the floor so you can replace it if necessary.
Thanks!

Hi all,
Not to add to the clutter at sudoroom, but I'd just like to point out that
the big apartment building in Alameda that I've been living in will be
closing down this weekend, and there might be some goodies to be found for
th eenterprising dumpster diver. There's at least another dozen households
that will need to move out during these last few days, and the recycling
containers around the back are already overflowing.
There's a set of nice filing cabinets sitting near the trash, and one of
the recycling containers seems to have some chairs in it as well. As these
last stragglers move out (I hear they've got all three elevators scheduled
for moving companies from now until Saturday), I would expect a lot more
stuff to appear. Might be worth keeping an eye on...
Marina View Towers, 1100 Pacific Marina,
Alameda<https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Marina+View+Towers,+1100+Pacific+Marina,+Ala…>
Trash and recycling containers are around the back of the building and are
unlocked. There is a security car that does the rounds very sporadically.
Good hunting!

I feel like we have a problem and I want to put out there, along with what
I think is a really reasonable and well thought out solution.
*Problem: *
In my opinion there is way too much stuff at SudoRoom, and it's just
unfocused and messy.
I think it's a roadblock to membership. We aren't equipped to deal with
this much stuff, and we don't have room for people to be in the space.
*Solution(s): *
*
*
One solution is to have a party where we donate, recycle, and throw out
things we don't need, in order to make room for a new design of the space
that accomodates more members and makes the space more usable.
As part of that we could hand out green stickers to put on things we want
to keep, and if people put stickers on things, then we can keep them. We
could also hand out a limited amount of red stickers of things that people
want to see leave the space, and we could bring up those items at a
meeting.
We could pool resources to pay for a dumpster, and uhaul truck. Obviously,
throwing things away would be a last resort, and donating would be
preferred.
I'm open to other solutions, but this is where I have gotten with other
members so far.
Fire away!
Rusty
Purged all the spammy accounts. May have purged yours by accident as well.
Please let me know if you'd like access to sudoroom.org, especially to post
to events calendar and blog.

Sudoers,
Does anyone know the process and equipment needed to do music mashing? I'd really like to learn what it takes--likely more than just Audacity, right? Is there a Today I learned... not yet on the calendar?
Thanks.

Trying to have regular Sunday dinners, y'all are welcome to join, planning to come from the art show at sudo, around 7pm. My place is 359 Bellevue Ave, Oakland. My number is 818-599-0567.
Potluck-ish, see you, sudoers!

Hey Sudoers,
Call me cuckoo but I want to make ramen noodles for Public School's monday
night dinner. It's the start of their Summer School.
I am wondering if anyone has a kitchen aide or other mixer with a dough
hook? Also I need a pasta maker since hand pulled noodles might be a bit
beyond my skill given the time frame.
RAMEN!!!

Hey all!
Ara here from Rock Paper Scissors Collective! I hope you're enjoying the
sandwich board; we're loving the lil Netbook over here!
On behalf of the upcoming Mission Creek Oakland Music and Arts Festival (
www.mcofest.org), organizer Kiyomi Tanouye and I were thinking to include
fellow local community organizations to publicize during the MCO campaign
of opportunities to learn methods of making art and music. The festival is
throughout the month of September, publicized and sponsored by the East Bay
Express. If any of the talented and knowledgeable at Sudo Room were
interested in hosting or coming over to RPSC to teach circuit bending
tricks, we'd be happy to plug Sudo Room into the campaign!
The projected date of the workshop is Sunday, September 8th.
Hope you hear from you all soon!

Hey Sudoers!
We've had a surge of young people coming by the space who're learning to
program (including interest in collaboration from the Oakland Public
Library TeenZones, below), and it would be awesome to start a youth
programming meetup. Anyone interested in working with teens and teaching
programming? Most likely they would self-organize and help each other
learn, so it would really be more a matter of holding the space, setting up
some communication channels and showing up on a regular basis :)
Alt ideas for collaboration welcome and encouraged!
Cheers,
Jenny

Public Library Teen Zones?
Hello -
I am a teen librarian with the Oakland Public library. We've recently had
some discussions around makerspaces and teen programming. Would anyone
associated with sudoroom be interested in providing some programs or
meeting to discuss ways that there can be a collaboration between the
TeenZones and sudoroom?
Thank you for your time,

Hey Sudoers
I know that some of you are currently looking for new places to live.
I'm currently searching as well, and I love the idea of forming a sudo
house starting next month. Shoot me a message if that interests you and
we can go from there.
Best,
Jonathan

Just a heads up that the entrance to Sudo Room is actually around the
corner on 22nd street. Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor.

Dear Sudo Folks :
My name is David Brazil -- I work with the Bay Area Public School -- & I am psyched to announce that the School will be putting on SUMMER SCHOOL 2013 from August 26 through September 1 at the 2141 Broadway space. (Save the dates!)
SUMMER SCHOOL is the second installment of a project that began in 2012 -- it's a week-long extravaganza of events, talks, performances, and free food. Each day is convened around "Studying" a certain subject or theme -- to wit :
mon.: studying food.
tue. : studying bodies.
wed. : studying language.
thu. studying crisis.
fri. studying race.
sat. studying information.
sun. studying studying (a daylong session on education).
We're particularly excited to make SUMMER SCHOOL an occasion for Public School / Sudo Room crossover, & we had the idea to invite folks from Sudo to propose short talks or presentations for the day on 'information' (considered very broadly). We envision the program running from 12noon to 6pm, and breaking down into three 2-hour segments, loosely organized around topics. Subjects could include anything from classes on math, science & computing to the politics of cryptography, projects for an alternative internet, -- really, anything you'd like a lot of people to hear about !
The Public School is so glad to be neighbors with Sudo Room & we really want the SUMMER SCHOOL to be an occasion for us all to work together on an exciting project. If you are interested in participating, or if you have any questions, please write me direct at dzbrazil(a)yahoo.com.
Lastly, we will be having weekly planning meetings at 2141, every Thursday at 6pm, from now until August 26 -- so if you are interested in helping plan and organize the school, please come by !
Hope this finds everyone very well --
Love -- David
hi everyone,
it's august 21st (how did the end of august already happen... @_@) and it's
time to pay your dues.
our current balance is $1,143.78. we are also now making $41 a week on
gittip!
please make sure that you pay your august dues before the end of the month!
you have a number of ways to contribute:
1) online (via wepay): https://sudoroom.org/
2) online (via gittip): https://www.gittip.com/sudoroom/
3) in person (anytime): please drop cash or checks into the clear plastic
box by the door that goes to the elevator
4) in person (at meetings): bring cash or checks to wed. meetings.
don't forget, we still exist in a *precarious month to month financial
situation* so pay your dues :D

Collaboration – If it Were That Easy We Would all Do It – Well
By Carl Frappaolo (@carlfrappaolo) Aug 4, 2010
Collaboration is not new to business, but the recent advent of Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 tools and technologies have changed the collaborative abilities and scale of distributed collaboration for the enterprise. Whether it’s because the “World is Flat” or you want to tap the “Wisdom of Crowds,” collaboration, we are told should be a part of your business strategy.
What Collaboration is Not
But, collaboration is more than a word or even an idea. Many individuals speak of collaboration as if it is a single business process or approach to communication and networking. Much of this attitude stems from the popularized viral adoption of social computing Web 2.0 tools. This is not the case for Enterprise 2.0, the application of collaborative tools within the firewall.
Recently, Democrasoft president, Richard Lang blogged,
“despite best intentions and the best product, an online community will only be successful if there is a motivated person (the Moderator) who is committed to making it successful, on a day-to-day basis”.
Some background: Democrasoft is an “easy to deploy” online collaboration tool. Early history with the product saw hundreds of communities using the platform. But, activity plummeted shortly thereafter, not because the tool didn’t work or meet user demands, but simply because — as Democrasoft found out the hard way, communities need a mission or purpose and a leader. Technology alone is not enough.
Indeed, if web-based collaboration were only about technology, then any organization with even a modest IT budget would be doing it, and doing it well. But this is not the case. Tools to facilitate collaboration are valuable, but they do not obsolesce the need for strategy. Collaboration needs to be deliberately designed and managed in order to maximize effectiveness and the value of the outcome.
If this sounds daunting — you are right. But there are ways to put a framework around your assessment. Begin with your definition of collaboration and community and the specific business goals or objectives desired from collaboration.
The 5 Collaboration Models
As you define the goals and objectives, translate these into a basic collaboration model or platform. There are 5, as illustrated in the pyramid below. These models are inclusive, that is to say that the models higher on the pyramid embrace the needs and characteristics of those below it. Typically this also means that the models higher up on the pyramid occur at a lesser rate than those below it.
Communities of Practice/Interest
Communities of Practice and Interest (COP/I) are social platforms that allow members of a community to share ideas and discussion. They are focused on a particular issue or topic, and provide interpersonal knowledge exchange.
Content Collaboration
Content collaboration is basically a library. Participants post relevant content, and thus collaboratively build the library over time. This can also include the collaborative authoring of new content.
Process Collaboration
Process collaboration brings the community together through a business process. Individuals collaborate based on tasks in a coordinated series of orchestrated tasks. The goal is typically process efficiency and control, including identification of the right team member at the right time.
Project Collaboration
Project collaboration has a defined purpose, a start and end date and clearly defined parameters.
Goal-based Collaboration
Goal-based collaboration involve projects that have well defined specifically articulated outcomes or questions to be answered. The end date is basically determined by the achievement of the goal.
The collaboration model(s) you identify should be supported by a technology framework that leverages specific features from specific tools including automated work scheduling and groupware, mashups, blogs, wikis and social networking.
Don't Forget Community Dynamics
Finally, pay careful attention to the dynamics of the targeted community or you can jeopardize the success of your effort, in spite of any other planning you have done.
An organization I worked with did not heed this warning. After under going an intensive assessment it was recommended that corporate culture be addressed first and foremost, as it was contradictory to open and transparent collaboration. When this was pointed out, management took it "under advisement". They went ahead and funded an elaborate technology approach to expertise location and collaboration. The project died, and blame was placed on the technology.
This occurred nearly 10 years ago. Will we ever learn? We place new labels on the issue (it's not KM anymore, now its collaboration); new products emerge (SharePoint: "it does everything"), and all too often forget the lessons of the past. We believe that the "new focus" and/or the new technology will deliver on the promise without requiring any strategy.

The session will be held via zoom.us. If you are interested in
participating, please make a zoom.us account if you have not done so
already.
We can also send you 2 short papers on CRISPR applications. Derek Jacoby
will discuss one of them, and Nina will go through the other.
Nina DiPrimo, PostDoc at UC Berkeley, Biocoder Journal editor and Berkeley
Biolabs Founding Partner will be leading the discussion and will be the
primary contact if you have any questions.
More info on CRISPR's from Wikipedia:
*CRISPRs* (*C*lustered *R*egularly *I*nterspaced *S*hort*P*alindromic
*R*epeats)
are loci <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locus_(genetics)> containing
multiple short direct repeats that are found in the genomes of
approximately 40% of sequenced
bacteria<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacteria> and
90% of sequenced archaea <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archaea>. CRISPR
functions as a prokaryotic immune system, in that it confers resistance to
exogenous genetic elements such
asplasmids<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasmids>
and phages <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phage>.The CRISPR system provides
a form of acquired immunity <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acquired_immunity>.
Short segments of foreign DNA, called spacers, are incorporated into the
genome between CRISPR repeats, and serve as a 'memory' of past
exposures. CRISPR spacers are then used to recognize and silence exogenous
genetic elements in a manner analogous to
RNAi<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RNAi> in
eukaryotic organisms.

i'm sorry, my last post on this subject came out wrong. Mike Kan of all
people pointed out that it was a huge list of novels!
I included the complete list of files as four attached textfiles, which
were turned into raw text by the mailing list. The list of novels drowned
out everything else, which was much more valuable information.
here is a much more useful list of what's on there (ignoring the kindle
folder and the Books folder)
this is all on the 4TB external hard drive currently on the main table at
sudoroom.
oh also, we will now have 10x traffic from the interweb because of all the
book titles posted in cleartext. maybe people will visit sudoroom to read
the files off the disk?

I think part of the problem with that is that if you want to make your
openPCR do the job in a reasonable time frame, you need to be able to
thermally cycle your fluids rapidly.
every bit of material you have that is thermally connected to the PCR
vials and heating/cooling apparatus is thermal mass that you need to
swing, which makes your energy demand greater on your heat pump, and/or
slows down your PCR time.
that's why the best material for touching the vials will likely be a thin
skin of aluminum, shaped like inverted cones on one side and flat surfaces
on the other side, but mostly hollow. Such a shape would be designed in
openSCAD, modeled with a 3D printout, and either cast at OMI or Jim's or
Bernards, or more likely ordered as a metal print from Pomoko or Shapeways
or something.
unless you don't care about PCR time, in which case yes, you can make your
own thermal manifold out of a block of aluminum or lead.

as you may have noticed, there is a telephone at sudoroom
it's a grey triangle that kinda looks like the klingon flag, and has an
on-off button on its keyboard. It's a corporate speakerphone.
last night we added a ringing bell to the phone line, so that when people
call it will make a proper noise.
when you hear the bell, press the on-off button on the speakerphone so you
can talk to whoever is calling sudoroom.
the phone number to sudoroom is 510-858-7145
if there is nobody at sudoroom, and someone calls, it doesn't matter that
the ringer is so loud because nobody lives at sudoroom or would sleep
there, so it shouldn't matter if there's a bell ringing in the middle of
the night and nobody answering it.
-jake
PS alternate plans are, replace the speakerphone with a payphone (so it's
more obvious how to answer it) or get Georgio to make a circuit to cause
the speakerphone to automatically pick up when the phone rings..
or we could just label the on-off button better.
Dear All,
Lina from Tekla labs has reached out and would love to have some entries
for the DIY lab equipment contest from CCL and Sudo Room. If you're
interested please sign up :)
"Tekla Labs is about to launch a DIY Lab equipment contest, hosted by the
maker site Instructables. We'll go live this August (ie any day, as soon as
the final t's are crossed). There'll be a Lab Equipment category, as well
as a Lab Hacks option for quick and clever hardware solutions in the lab.
We'd love to get some help getting word out about the competition and maybe
see some Bay Area folks (and beyond) applying for the $5000 in prizes.
Even more immediately though, you and your DIY network could really help us
out by simply helping us create some site activity by joining our member
network (which only takes a minute! I promise! And there's no spam)
http://www.teklalabs.org/members/<http://www.linkedin.com/redir/redirect?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eteklalabs%2Eo…>
Of course, it'd be awesome if you or others submit designs (more soon) or
get involved in the competition itself in some other capacity, but this
quick 1 minute favor would really help our group of fellow science
enthusiasts! Please help spread the word! Thanks,
Lina"
