there is a small offset printing press in sudoroom which is never going to be
used here, and will probably end up getting thrown out or recycled if it
doesn't go somewhere.
It's an Adana Five-Three and they can be quite valuable:
http://www.briarpress.org/40882
of course ours isn't as polished as this one in the picture, but it's basically
the same thing. The wood base is not flawless, but the rollers seem soft and
new and the action of the whole thing is smooth.
does anyone want to handle getting this thing out of sudoroom? Perhaps you can
sell it and donate some of the money back to sudoroom to keep the lights on?
thank you,
-jake
Is the Sudo Humans account management system no longer working?
sudoroom.org/humans right now just forwards to a "Page NOT Found".
That means CCL is not able to add any new members, we can't check who is
paying their membership fees, existing members are not able to update their
payment information, etc...

proposal:
This is a GCEA draft proposal, which could be amended, based on feedback
from the delegates at this meeting. Thank you for taking the time to
discuss this proposal.
GCEA as an organization is working to establish itself on firm economic
grounding. Unfortunately this has meant that GCEA hasn't been able to pay
its rent for 5 months of 2018, as well as currently in 2019. GCEA feels
that there is strong value for both parties in the relationship between
GCEA and the Omni, and hopes that the Omni collectives feel the same way.
To this end, we are making this proposal to change the status of GCEA's
rent payment.
As an Omni collective organization, GCEA members appreciate the other Omni
collectives’ willingness to work with us as we solidify our financial
situation.
1) GCEA would like to pay its existing back rent to the Omni and is
planning to conduct fundraising event to that effect. We propose that GCEA
be able to pay the back rent at its normal rate, and propose that the Omni
waive the late fees on rent payment. We believe this to be consistent
behavior with many Omni collectives.
1a) GCEA organized a fundraising event, Out The Blue, on December 7th, 2018
in partnership with several University alumnae orgs and groups. We expected
a portion of the funds ($1,100) to go towards GCEA's rent/youth trip to
Africa. This portion would have covered our back rent from 2018 completely.
We have been informed, after the fact, that the rules of the Commons Group
prevent the funds from this event from going towards GCEA's rent. We
believe this is a miscommunication and intend to have a conversation with
the Common's Group in hope that our portion of the funds be allocated
towards GCEA's rent. We will be appreciative if that happens, but if not
GCEA intends to hold another fundraising event in order to pay for its back
rent.
2) GCEA would like to propose that the rent be reduced to one dollar, for
the ongoing period. We hope to be able to return to a larger rental rate
in the future, but are having difficulty meeting this need right now. We
understand that there is some precident in Omni history for an organization
to have one dollar rent.
2a) We understand that there are organizations that exist at the Omni who
make payments largely through paying a percentage of their donations
directly to the Omni, rather than a monthly rent. GCEA would like to
propose that it continue to support the Omni financially by giving a
portion of its income from fundraisings and donations to the Omni. We
would like to discuss that level with the Omni. Internally we have
discussed numbers around 30-50% of GCEA donations, but are happy to discuss
the appropriate level for this with the Omni Delegates.
3) GCEA has limited funds at the moment, but wants to continue contributing
to the Omni Commons as much as it is able. To this end GCEA would like to
propose that it take on a distinct project for the Omni. We have
brainstormed an project: to take responsibility for a renovation of the
Disco Room. This would involve organizing and taking responsibility for
creating a working group to hold the meetings, organizing fundraising
efforts (which should be easier as an Omni project, than direct GCEA
fundraising), managing volunteer contractors, seeking input from the Omni
Community, and ensuring that all legal regulations are followed.
4) The delegates have previously approved that GCEA and BAPS have priority
use for the Small Classroom. Recently, some delegates requested that the
lock be removed from the Classroom door. GCEA, in conversation with BAPS,
propose to convert the small classroom from fully common space to
semi-common. We propose to keep the door locked, in order to establish
accountable common access to the room, and to keep it secure and clean.
However, we seek to make the room available to any group that makes a
reasonable request, except when GCEA or BAPS is already using the space.
Please note additionally that we encourage that the Ticketbooth room be
made more accessible to fully common use as soon as possible.
Thank you delegates for taking the time to consider this proposal. We
welcome your thoughts and questions, and hope to be able to return at the
next delegates meeting with a m ore formalized and informed proposal.
We could make an Electrical Discharge Machining setup at Sudoroom pretty
easily.
https://www.wired.com/story/gaze-upon-the-black-magic-of-electrical-dischar…
at sudoroom, we have an old CSAM (Confocal Scanning Accoustic Microscope) in
the corner which is basically an extremely precise 3-axis CNC machine with a
granite base (for stability) and a liquid tank below the toolhead where the
CSAM used to happen. (attached picture is somewhat similar to what we have)
We still have all the old CSAM stuff (including the ultrasonic pickup and
amplifier) but the software on the old computer (RUNNING WINDOWS 95) barely
works and probably is not worth resurrecting, besides who cares about CSAM?
The point being that we could pretty easily put a piece of metal in a clamp
attached to the toolhead and move it through a stationary brass wire in a
distilled-water bath, and thus be able to do 2-dimensional Electrical Discharge
Machining pretty easily. We could cut flat stencils and even make thick stuff.
I believe we could also do conventional 3-axis CNC machining with the same
idea, if the toolhead held a conductive point and just machined away at the
material from above. EDM is slow, but doesn't pollute the air with fumes or
even noise, so it would be fine to just leave it going overnight or even during
meetings.
I don't have any experience or detailed knowledge of EDM but I could certainly
get the motors of this CNC machine working and i know how to pour distilled
water, and could probably hook up the appropriate high-frequency power supply
between the brass electrode and the work, if other people are interested in
bottomlining this process.

Escalating this to sudo-discuss as we really need an answer soon. Thanks.

Hello,
The place I work is getting rid of three work tables, which might be good
for sudoroom. One is welded together (doesn't come apart) and has a shelf.
There are also two tables without a shelf, the legs of which bolt on, so
they can be partially dismantled. The tables are all 8ft long and in good
shape.
One or two of them could replace part of the "island of doom" near the
robot arm, or perhaps the workbenches against the wall.
Pictures attached. We would need a large vehicle to transport them, and
pickup would probably have to be during business hours. I would probably
need to know if we want them today (Friday) or Monday, and we'd probably
need to grab them some time next week.

Hey guys,
Apparently, he just stalked a sudoroom member to their house and threatened
them with violence. Not cool. I don't have all the details, but I don't
think this is someone we want in the space right now.

Hello Folks,
RE: Free Microwave. :)
I have been reached out with the offer of a microwave donation. Please see
message:
"I have a microwave that works fine and looks good, but it buzzes, which is
rather annoying in a small space. I was wondering whether to offer it as a
donation to Omni. I wouldn't want it to be seen as "dumping" but I hate to
throw it out."

Subject: [omni-consensus] Fiscal sponsorship for 1st They Came for the
Homeless Art Show
To: finance(a)omnicommons.org <finance(a)omnicommons.org>,
consensus(a)lists.omnicommons.org <consensus(a)lists.omnicommons.org>
We had a proposal at the last delegates meeting to fiscally sponsor an art
exhibition by 1st They Came for the Homeless (FTCFH) - see below. We were
generally in favor but needed more info. I spoke with Marcia, one of the
organizers, today and got more details. Please send feedback about the
proposal in light of this additional info.
The funds will be used specifically to cover unhoused artists' production
costs (paints, printing, paper, jewelry making supplies, etc) and any
excess will be donated to something to support a camp or other support for
houseless folks.
They don't need fiscal sponsorship for tax deductability. They need a safe
account where the money can be sent that doesn't show up in any
individual's bank account. They are happy to give 10% to the Omni because
they like us :)
How it might work:
We provide donation links that FTCFH can publicize. On a weekly basis
organizers would present us with a list of artists who were approved for a
grant and the amount. We would give one of the organizers the amount in
cash to distribute to the artists and have them sign to verify the amount
they received.
Thanks!
Laura
Homeless Art Exhibition Fiscal Agent Request
Creativity Unhoused
First They Came for the Homeless requests that the Omni Commons acts as our
fiscal agent for the production of an art show scheduled to take place from
March 9 through May 24, 2019 at Berkeley’s Expressions Gallery. Mike Zint,
Sarah Menefee, Marcia Poole and John Paulin will be the contact people
for First
They Came for the Homeless and Rinna Flohr will be the contact person for
Expressions Gallery. We are asking the Omni Commons to act in this capacity
because we value the high integrity that characterizes your organization
and its mission. We propose that 10% of all donations collected for the show
be given to the Omni Commons as payment from us for your services.
First They Came for the Homeless and the Expressions Gallery are proud to
present a show that deals with multiple aspects of homelessness within our
communities on March 9, 2019. The main focus of the art will be on the
efforts of homeless people to survive within urban environments and,
especially, on the benefits created by the communities that develop within
and around homeless encampments and shelters, as well as among people
sleeping in the rough. The exhibition will explore the differing ways
utilized by individuals in these communities to insure safety, solidarity,
camaraderie, and other positive aspects of the communal experience. The
show will also address the problems faced by the homeless on a daily basis.
The participating artists, homeless and housed, will be drawn from members
of our community who have either experienced homelessness directly or have
been touched by the plight of the homeless. This event will be the first
opportunity for some of the participating homeless artists to display and
sell their work in a professional gallery and will incorporate art in many
different media, including painting, photography, printmaking, digital art,
installation art, videos, sculpture, crafts, jewelry, clothing, and
ceramics.
The participation of homeless artists will be facilitated through
their collaboration
with First They Came for the Homeless (which will provide access to
materials as well as assistance in the presentation and submission of their
work) and Expressions Gallery. Funds and materials for the effort will be
secured through donations.
In 2014 Expressions Gallery presented one of the very first art shows to
deal with Homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The work of homeless
and housed artists was exhibited without differentiation by housing status.
The event was very informative, and many who attended the show stated they
were moved to become more active in matters of social justice. The show was
covered favorably by a number of local print, television, and radio media.
The Creativity Unhoused exhibit will run from March 9th, 2019 – May 24th,
2019 at Expressions Gallery, located at 2035 Ashby Ave., Berkeley, CA.
Phone # 510-644-4930. The gallery, one block from the Ashby BART station,
is open Wednesdays through Saturdays, Noon - 5 PM and Sundays from Noon - 3
PM. The Opening Reception will be held at Expressions Gallery on Saturday
evening, March 9th, from 6-8 PM and will feature local participating
artists, musicians, and refreshments. The reception is free to the public.

Hello Sudoroom,
I put my backpack in a tool locker (back of Sudoroom) while I was helping
out with the Spaz event over the weekend. and was tired to remember to grab
it before I left. I thought I had it in my van, and just remembered that I
left it here.
It is a blue backpack, with a Dell M4800 Workstation Laptop, which I need
for work, also contains a composition notebook as well, as pens and other
things.
Sierk has informed me that there has been many people cleaning, which is
why I think the reason for the moving.
If possible, please contact me at 415-724-0425 or this email.
Thank you

last night at sudoroom i did some things to get solder paste flowing from the
TAZ 3 3d printer.
i brought in a compact air compressor and adjusted its power switch to click
off around 100 PSI (since it was failing to reach its design pressure in a
reasonable amount of time and we only need like 40-50PSI for solder paste)
i'm not sure if it's still working because it cut out apparently due to heat
the last time i was running it, but possibly just because of duty cycle. It
needs a fitting installed into the outlet to plumb it to the solenoid.
Fittings are in the box behind the printer and there's teflon tape in the
"tape" box on the shelves in sudoroom.
i installed a three-port solenoid on the 3d printer which plugs in instead of
the extruder resistor / temperature sensor. It contains a 47KΩ resistor to
simulate a thermistor (to avoid a fault code) and it wires the nozzle heater
wires to the three-port solenoid (which is rated at 24VDC matching the
printer's power supply)
I piped the 3-port solenoid to a syringe and mounted a syringe holder on the
print head assembly in a reasonable place. A syringe of solder paste is in the
sudoroom fridge and can be used. Needles of various sizes are in the cardboard
box behind the 3d printer.
the air compressor's outlet needs to be plumbed to the flexible black hose
going to the 3-port solenoid. The solenoid needs to be mounted to the print
head (a twist-tie should work).
unfortunately the 3D printer's firmware seems to be cycling power to the nozzle
resistor when a temperature is selected, probably because of PID parameters, so
we will have to look for a set of commands (or modified firmware) to activate
the solenoid properly during the dispensing process. This printer doesn't seem
to have wires for a print head fan, which is how we connected the solenoid in
past implementations of this setup. There will need to be a script or
modification to rpt2pnp to issue the right commands for this setup.
as a reminder the software for creating g-code to dispense solder paste from
the .rpt file output of a KiCAD circuitboard project is here:
https://github.com/hzeller/rpt2paste
note that it's superseded by
https://github.com/hzeller/rpt2pnp
which may be newer. the latter was confirmed to (apparently) correctly process
the .rpt file from the project we'll likely dispense solder paste onto first:
https://github.com/fitzdoingprojects/big_battery
i'll be gone for two weeks but if anyone wants to make progress on this project
please write back and i'll help as much as i can.

Troy, a member of sudoroom, has been asked to leave due to his recent
behaviors most recently sleeping at omni & intimidating people.
although informed over the past 3 days, he refuses to leave.
as Troy is a member of sudoroom, i feel it is our (sudoroom's)
responsibility to get him to leave until mediation can happen.
any ideas?

Hello all! I was directed to this listserv via Jenny Ryan (thanks Jenny!).
I am proposing the event detailed below for Saturday, January 12th:
"DUNGEONCRAFT: Painting Minis & Terrain"
Saturday, January 12th, 2019 5pm-9pm (preferred; time slot is flexible)
https://eastbayal.com/about-us/
I'm looking to host a free painting workshop with small crew of 10-15
folks; I'll be teaching them how to paint miniature figurines and miniature
scale terrain for their tabletop games. We're all members of EBAL (East Bay
Adventurers League), a collective of tabletop game players & game masters
that hold free play events for the public all over the Bay Area. There's no
charge for this event at all, we're just looking for some space to spread
out our materials and be able to work through some tutorials together. I'm
happy to discuss supporting Sudo Room by paying a small fee for use of the
space.
Please let me know if you need any further information, thank you!
Happy Holidays,

Hey everyone-
All this stuff (see photo) appeared in the entrance hall over night. I don’t know how many times we have to tell people not to leave stuff in the entrance hall until it stops happening.
The EB Zine fest is here tomorrow and they need the EH clear. Any information about who left it is appreciated. If you had anything to do with leaving it, come and move it out or into the basement now.

Every now and again woot.com sells the 5th generation Amazon Fire tablet
(from 2015), and a couple of weeks ago it popped up for $16 + taxes/fees.
I bought one and it turns out that you can flash an unofficial older
version of LineageOS, which is still being maintained for this device, and
get a surprisingly good little tablet running 100% FOSS (well except the
bootloader depending on which Fire OS version it has).
I wrote up a short guide in case anyone else is interested:
https://gist.github.com/Juul/3f93655efb8d99b89a29168dd255b5a2
Beware that I haven't verified this procedure on the latest Fire OS
versions since the tablet i got didn't have the latest version and I didn't
want to tempt fate. From forum reports it doesn't seem like woot is
shipping tablets with the latest firmware anyway, but I can't say with any
certainty. If you get one, just make sure you keep the WiFi disabled until
the guide tells you to turn it on, to prevent it from auto-updating.

Hello All,
I cannot go in details here, because it is not the proper place, besides
that I still don't know why; but I was kicked out of the group by the
person that I went to join, and later on other two members that came to
join the group were asked to leave as well. In our last days the three that
got kicked out worked together and it was for the best. We bonded and we
became friends, brainstorming and decision making was way easier,
horizontal.
We, the original group of four, found two asylum seekers in Mazatlan.
After that two of us, an Italian gay person and myself, supported the
asylum seekers all the way to Tijuana. While the two others the group flew
from Mazatlan to Tijuana.
One of the asylum seekers, man in his 40s, had an accident the day before
about 1pm. He tried to aboard a cargo train while in movement. He hit his
face against the train, and was ejected back out to he ground, where as he
said, "went into sleep really quickly" until in the dark of the night when
he was feeling cold. At that time he just dragged himself away from the
railroad tracks to avoid potential incoming trains, to just to curl and
continue sleeping again until the morning when the sun was too hot. A few
hours later we found him. Cuts on his face and hands.
In the same railroad area, among train containers, there was a 16 years old
and he also was supported.
Both of them are now in Tijuana. The kid is in a safe place, with shelter
and food, wiht moms and kids, and already got a number enlisting himself
for asylum. -I lost contact with the man. But last thing I know is that he
has a place where to sleep and eat with the person that kicked me out of
the group. I hope he is okay. Both were given new clothes, and shoes while
in Mazatlan. The funds came from donations like yours. Thank you for that.
We didn't help tons of people, we helped only two.
At the beginning when I was in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco I did some short
interviews and one of them was with Vivian
https://asylumseekerscaravan.org/2018/11/20/2018-11-18-vivian-a-computer-te…
which we kept in touch. At the time, we couldn't help them. But at least we
have been on WhatsApp. Yesterday latest news, they were in Mexicali for a
few days already and has not eaten, he/she said was hungry. And that a bus
was living tomorrow to Tijuana, but for only the ones that can afford the
ticket. I sent some money, but they was not able to pick it up, the local
store asked for Mexican Electoral ID. So, we lost, 1000 pesos. I had sent
enough for Vivian and partner, and some change. I have to say that I didn't
ask for money to support my flight ticket to Jalisco. And my expenses
there, were covered by donations that my new gay friend had received.
During the trip up north Mexico, I was in contact with another small group
that was made up of three mom, two husbands, four children (including a
baby that was born in Puebla, after jumps of the truck sent the mom to the
hospital).
https://asylumseekerscaravan.org/2018/11/24/2018-11-23-ten-days-old-baby-th…
There are not public videos of the two we helped directly, because they
wanted it private. They allow me to interview them when we arrived to
Tijuana, for me to remember them. But they are okay with some photos in my
facebook account, you may see them there.
Thank you to all of you that supported with moral encouragement, and some
that donated. If you feel that you want to donate, because what I lived and
experienced and the work I saw done today I recommend

the noisebridge info system is called stuff-org and was written by Henner, who
is local in San Francisco.
It was installed on a server at sudoroom recently a few months ago, but it's
not fully configured and nobody knows how to use it.
although i also like the idea of hot-gluing one item to the front of each parts
drawer, although that doesn't help with transistors because you want to know
what they're actually good for. So the parts system below would be best:

Hello all,
A really quick update. For more deets, please check:
https://asylumseekerscaravan.org.
As Jessie had mentioned in a couple occasions, things there with the
caravan can change from minute to minute. Well, the ticket from Mexico City
had to changed for Guadalajara, and I am leaving tonight 11:20pm.
One of the alerting things yesterday, is that a group of folks that went
ahead in two buses, not supported by us have to clarify this, were stopped
in Agua Prieta, Hermosillo. Based on a video taken by a local woman, a
WhatsApp audio convo from one of the asylum seekers, and a report from
Pueblo Sin Fronteras, two busses were stopped about 11pm on the night of
the 15th. A child and a woman were hurt but Mexican authorities when they
were forcefully were taken out the bus. They asylum seekers were scared
because they were not being taken to any oficial facility and were just
driven around for hours. The asylum seeker reporting at the time that
things were happening said her phone was very low in charge.
The Mexican authorities involved in this scary stop and arrest were the
Mexican Immigration, and Judicial Police. According to one of the asylum
seekers, at the moment of the arrest, middle of the night, some asylum
seekers escaped. But, as things were developing, the authorities realized
that they were getting themselves in a big trouble because there has been a
judicial order (Amparo 16-18) given by judge, Jonathan Bass Herrera from a
Court in Mexico City and notified to all authorities in the country, that
the busses should not be stopped and the asylum seekers be let pass.
Eventually all (about 60) were let go, some went to a refuge, and yesterday
at about 5am they continue their journey to Tijuana.
Also, as seen in the video, a child was with fever and the authorities were
told, but as woman says, the Mexican Immigration didn't care and ignored
them.

Thank you to all of you for your moral support, and for your donations. To

Special thanks to Noisebridge <https://noisebridge.net> for directly
assisting me during my preparation for this trip. Thanks Silver, thanks
Steve, and others there. Solidarity!

Hello All, this a very quick update.
* Donation Status - https://rally.org/asylumseekerscaravan
* New Website - https://asylumseekerscaravan.org/
* Caravan and Jessie's whereabouts.
* Goal Status
* I am going in.
*Donation Status*, out current goal is 15K and so far we have close to 6k.
Please donate and you haven't done it. The website it is here:
https://rally.org/asylumseekerscaravan
*New Website*, this past Sunday I went to the Aaron Swartz Day event at the
Internet Archive in SF. While there I got to see some familiar faces, and
also I met more officially Steve Phillips from Noisebridge. Anyhow, to make
the story short, since I have to go sleep, and wake up early for work,
Steve kindly volunteered to help our group to migrate our just plain html
static website to a WorkPress type, where the public and others group
members can also add content.
Steve and I did an all nighter right after the Aaron's event, working all
night at Noisebridge and going home about 8am. Similar hacker schedule
followed the next two night, which ended in our nice website. Many thanks
Steve. Muy agradecido.
*Jessie* followed the caravan from Mexico City to Queretaro, and then she
returned to Mexico City when she learned that more asylum seekers were
coming. Jessie, been talking and interviewing and learning more about the
situation.
T*he Goal*, which we are very laser focus, is as mentioned on my previous
email and as the donation site mentions, is to provide transportation to as
many we can to women, children, and LGBTQ vulnerable folks. And for what we
have collected in donation, we are about to make the first trip from Mexico
City to Tijuana. As Jessie reports, the situation there is very fluid, so
not only things change moment to moment, but also she has to be very
patience and wait for their choices. But, again, the first trip is this
Sunday. *This weekend.* And the money that we have is only allowing about
60 people. We could offer more, if more folks would donate. The road I have
taken many years ago, and there a very long one, and empty areas and
distance town in between.
Circling back to Jessie, in a way, because she is by herself, someone else
(I am not sure if I can mention his name here) is coming over this
Saturday. And, about half hour ago or so I bought a flight ticket to go
help them both. Three of us will go with asylum seekers all the way to
Tijuana. I am scheduled to arrive to Mexico City on Saturday morning. *I
am going in, *and my intention is to team up with the other two in this
task, and at the same time try to document the trip photographing. I am not
sure how long I am going to be there, but the most that I can push it is
until Dec 8. I should be uploading photos at my flickr account, so if you
want to help spread the word, feel free to use those photos, they are
intended to be here: https://flickr.com/danielarauz/sets, as often as it
will possible.
Please, if you haven't donate, please do. We really are using every single
cent to support those in need.

I am available via Signal, Wire, WhatsApp at: 415.336.9143.
Hi everyone,
I think the trash and recycling has been working pretty well since mid
October. Thanks are due to everyone who has dealt with Omni waste in any
form!
Yesterday I was told that the bins aren't always being put out on the
sidewalk, however. So here is a reminder of who has agreed to do what,
when. If any of this isn't working for you, please let me know and we
can set up something else.
*Monday afternoon/night: Food Not Bombs puts out brown and green bins
for Tuesday pick up*
*Wednesday afternoon/night: SudoRoom puts out blue recycling and
cardboard (flattened and bundled with twine) for Thursday pick up.*
*Thursday afternoon/night: Phat Beets puts out brown and green bins for
Friday pick up*
In general, if you see the bins are on the sidewalk and empty, please
move them back into the trash room.
Hasta la victoria -
Laura

ps if you would like to reach me, via Signal/WhatsApp 415.336.9143 (signal
preferred) or via email danarauz(a)gmail.com (less preferred).
I have many times gone into the upstairs (near the shower) bathroom and found
the hot water tap freely running. Every time I do, i turn off the supply valve
from underneath, because the problem is that the faucet valve is not sealing
and is likely continuing to run even when people shut it off.
this is basic maintenance that's not happening. The cost of running hot water
continuously is primarily energy, because the hot water heater is burning
natural gas (or is it electricity?) to heat fresh drinking water that's then
being sent down the drain.
The solution is to re-valve or replace the hot water faucet in the upstairs
bathroom so it shuts off properly.

Subject: water leak in upstairs bathroom
i feel like i wrote this email a while ago but i'm not sure.
the bathroom in the corner of the upstairs bathroom (next to the kitchen) hot
water faucet is leaking, flowing openly continuously, unless it is vigorously
forced off. This does not happen.
when i go into that bathroom (which is not often) i see that the hot water is
just flowing. Because the seal in the valve is worn out. So i turned off the
service valve under the sink to turn off the water to the faulty valve. But
someone else turns it back on. and then people leave the water on.
Omni has probably used thousands of gallons and hundreds of dollars in water
alone, not to mention the wasted energy and money of heating all that hot water
that's then flowing into the sewers.
I am not going to replace the valve, but i'm here to point out the problem and
hopefully someone will fix it. If not, i'll block off the pipe since it's
something I know how to do, but it would be a waste of effort since it needs to
be repaired properly anyway.
will someone please confirm they'll take care of this?

Hello All!
If you are interested on reading, watching videos and photos about the
Asylum Seekers Caravan, uncensored reports, please visit Jessie's Facebook
page at: https://www.facebook.com/jessie.sandoval. The reports are also
being logged here: https://asylumseekerscaravan.org.
Who is Jessie Sandoval? Jessie is a sister in struggle from Nicaragua, that
I met and worked with during Occupy. She went to Mexico a couple days ago
in support of the Asylum Seekers sisters and brothers, and she is already
sending reports on her Facebook account.
Her writing is blant, poetic, unapologetic, etc. I like her writing.
Before I go.. a quote from one her post from last night.
