wrote payment failed email code need some text and feedback

Hello, Hope you are well. I just wrote some cheap node code to email people when payments fail. https://github.com/omnicoders/stripe-failed-payment I volunteered to do this at the last meeting. I was wondering if someone would be willing to volunteer some text for the body of the email and subject. I tested this with my fake stripe account. I've been a lurker for a while and was a member for a bit as well and I thought of you guys since I have a few electronics to get ride of. I'm not sure if sudo room can use this or has the room for it (no pun intended), but I have an almost 10 year old 46" TV i'm getting rid of. It's functional besides a bit spotty sound when there is a lot of base.
