JTAG programmer for TMS320F28035PNQ

does anyone have a JTAG programmer that will work to read and write the flash (and other memory) on a TI DSP part number TMS320F28035PNQ it probably has to work with Code Composer (the TI software which is begrudgingly free from their website) so it probably has to be a T.I. (texas instruments) JTAG programmer these parts have been around for a long time so it can be old and still workable. thank you -jake

Tools and dollies we can *always* use more of. Don't hope for any lab gear though - this is the same place I checked out a few weeks back, so this is just their leftover pile.
