Hey all,
Thinking about hacking the values a bit based on our continued experience.
What do folks think about adding this new value to guide us into the
grayer, murkier, brighter, and wonderful future?
"Value fairness and common sense over prolonged process and bureaucracy."

all of those words make sense to me - should we attempt to define bureaucracy somehow? i
volunteer to spearhead a committee to report in every 3 weeks and collect input from
members via approved channels, which will then be reprocessed through cumulative human
error then regurgitated according to whatever schedule is ratified by a separate
subcommittee which I leave to someone else to spearhead and really get the ball rolling.

I don't think this proposal should go back on the table because it fell off
