For now I think we need to say that no one but FNB on a scheduled cook can
use the commercial kitchen in the basement, period.
I thought it already was that way. That is why, after all, there is a
second, upstairs kitchen.
We need to make large signs within and outside of the basement kitchen to
this effect.
My apologies, joe.

My Dear Omni-Mates
We came into the fnb kitchen this morning to find pans of greasy
water on the stove which itself was littered with food debris. I have
spoken with the FNB person who cleaned up after the Sunday meal
had been cooked and I spoke to Darin and Sussie Who used the
kitchen around 7 pm and noticed that the same messes described above
were already present.
Need I say this is a gross violation of the offer to share this kitchen
and
additionally insulting in that FNB p[rovides so much food to the Omni
community. I would like to hear from whoever created this mess that they
will not repeat such slovenliness or not use this kitchen again.
Sorry but this is a Big Hammer issue
