Shapeoko CNC machine is almost working! need help

Nicholas cleaned up the white Shapeoko CNC machine and then E and I worked on it to get it working again. I think it was donated in 2017, and it's in a very nice handmade wood enclosure. https://sudoroom.org/wiki/CNC#SHAPEOKO The spindle (cutting tool motor) wiring was chewed up by rats, but simply connecting it to a variable power supply would be fine to get it running.
