Well in the light of current events, I guess it would be very cool to spearhead some more blatantly feminist and LBGT supportive groups.
I would prefer as little involvement in committees as possible! SudoRoom is a hacker's organization
LBGT and trans outreach
I'm still trying to brainstorm any trans outreach. It's looking bleak.
IUD education
At the moment it is dangerous even for pregnant women to exist in most of the red states. People could die from ectopic pregnancies at any time. Therefore it is crucial to educate as many young women on how to get an IUD as possible. (Condoms are insufficient)
Displaced Homemakers API
I am continuing learning back end on helping displaced homemakers. I think this is pretty crucial considering ow many young women enter into marriages and become stay at home moms without understanding the psychological and financial consequences of their decision. It would be very cool for people to also help displaced homemakers as they frequently fall into poverty.
I have been having a hard time getting creative work done in hackerspaces lately, as I've mentioned. There always seems to be an agenda completely unrelated to doing cool stuff when I am there, so it's a relief to do cool stuff!
Maybe the creative spaces can exist outside of the hackrrspace, in bars?

It would be cool to return hackerspaces to places where people can be creative again!
Hey all,
Normally I host JS Thursdays. My shoulder is really hurting today and I
need to take a break from sitting at a desk tonight. Sorry!
Thanks,
Charles
hi, does anyone know how to make it so that the wiki underlines all links?
It's nearly impossible to see links without that, unless you really expect
people to see the difference between black and dark blue which is ableist.
I opened this file but all the things i tried did not do anything to cause
links to be underlined. I think both internal and external links should be.

i know this should be really really really easy, and my google searches keep
pointing me in circles suggesting that nobody else has had this problem, but
i'm apparently missing something fundamental.

python3-serial is installed and "import serial" works fine in python3, but the
programs for controlling the robot are made for python2 and i don't know how
hard it will be to port them over:

thank you for any help! This is really weird.

what specifically is the problem you're encountering? Do you need a stereo
transmitter for testing? I might have one or two....
also we have USRPs and transmitting SDRs around, so we could make a signal.
Also in sudoroom there is at least one really fancy "arbitrary waveform
generator" that you could use to produce a pilot tone, etc...

Does anyone know of any protests taking place today or this weekend in
Oakland in response to the Supreme Court's ruling today?
Thanks
