Elevator Upgrade

Hey all, George has offered to replace the hydraulic system in the elevator, which is a $1500 job according to him. He wants to ask sudo room for $250 and the public school $100 to cover part of the cost. I'm unsure how this fits with regard to our lease, but either way we should figure out how to respond at the next meeting. // Matt

Common room carpet cleaning confusion? (AKA more Georgeness)

George is planning to clean the carpets in the common area tomorrow and seems to think we are prepared for this somehow...he told me about it Saturday afternoon, and I said "Great, but email someone else from sudo and let them know so I'm not the only one who knows." Well, guess what? He didn't do that, and while I'm pretty sure we can navigate this situation it's just another example of Georgeness.
